About Growing Healing
A Family-Owned Legacy Since 2006
Growing Healing began its journey in New York City in 2006 under our original name, EMF Blues. From the beginning, our family-owned small business focused on natural products and specialized materials for people seeking a more mindful relationship with technology and their everyday environments.
During our early years, we worked with a family-owned manufacturer specializing in advanced ceramics, gaining valuable experience with specialized materials, product selection, and the evolving interests of customers seeking solutions for technology-conscious living.
Our Introduction to Karelian Shungite
In 2020, our journey led us to authentic Shungite from Karelia, Russia, a naturally occurring, carbon-rich stone with distinctive physical properties and a long geological history.
We were particularly drawn to Shungite's natural composition, its electrical conductivity, and the possibilities it offered as a beautifully crafted material for contemporary homes and workspaces.
As our appreciation for this remarkable stone grew, we gradually shifted our focus toward sourcing authentic Karelian Shungite.
Authentic Shungite, Carefully Selected
Today, Growing Healing specializes in natural Shungite sourced from the historic Zazhoginsky deposit in Karelia, Russia.
Our collection includes artisan-carved pyramids, spheres, cubes, jewelry, and accessories crafted from natural stone rather than compressed Shungite powder or molded composites.
We value the individual character of genuine Shungite. Natural veining, mineral inclusions, and subtle variations in texture and appearance are part of what makes each piece unique.
Family-Owned and Operated in Tennessee
In 2023, we introduced the Growing Healing name to reflect our evolving focus on natural materials, mindful living, and digital wellness.
Today, our family operates Growing Healing from the Greater Nashville area of Tennessee.
We personally inspect our Shungite products before shipping, paying close attention to craftsmanship, appearance, electrical conductivity, and overall quality.
Our commitment is to offer authentic, artisan-crafted Shungite products with transparent sourcing, knowledgeable customer service, and reliable product information.
