Order Policies
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue you a full refund. If the order has shipped, that order will need to be treated as a return and sent back after being received.
Temporary Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to Temporary Shipping Addresses, such as hotels, resorts and spas.
Verify Shipping Address
Please take the time to verify your Shipping Address before submitting your order. If an order was shipped to a wrong address based on incorrect shipping information given to us, we are unable to resend that order until, and if, we receive it back.
In addition, we are not responsible for packages shipped to correct addresses but not received. This is a matter that needs to be taken up with your local Post Office.
Coupons/Discounts
We are unable to retroactively apply Coupons and/or Discounts to an already placed order. We thank you for your understanding.
