Returns

Please contact us via email prior to returning to receive authorization on your return. This will allow us to process your return faster.

Please note, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received FREE Shipping on your order, your refund will be less $6.95, which is our USPS Flat Rate First Class Mail Shipping Fee.

If your order contains a Sphere Harmonizer, Power-Up Pyramid, or Cuboid, your refund will be less $12.95 which is our USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Shipping Fee.

Damaged Items
