Ever work on your computer for a few hours straight and then feel, well, a bit stressed?
That’s because you’re being bombarded with computer radiation.
When you sit in front of a computer, you are being hit by many different types of electromagnetic radiations (EMR).
Computers emit both VLF (Very Low Frequency) electromagnetic radiation and ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) electromagnetic radiation, as well as soft x-rays. [1]
While x-rays are the most dangerous of all EMRs as they penetrate most readily into cells, both types of low frequencies are also dangerous to the body.
Lower electromagnetic frequencies, although unable to penetrate into the cells as readily as higher frequencies, clash with our body’s own natural electrical resonance, leaving us in a state of energy depletion and stress.
We feel this stress physically, in the form of headaches, nausea and even skin rashes.
We also experience this stress emotionally, as we become more irritable and dissociated (spaciness, brain-fog, etc.).
As with all types of EMF exposure, the closer in proximity to the source, as well as the longer the duration of time in the EMF Field, the more detrimental the electromagnetic frequencies upon the body.
Which makes computers the #2 radiation danger for most people, with the cell phone being #1.
